What areas do you service?
We try to be flexible with our clients, so we service anything within a 25 mile radius of Downtown Salt Lake City (Zip Code of 84101). Any work necessary beyond that is subject to a fee of $1 per mile traveled.
How do you take payments?
We accept multiple forms of payment. You may pay with cash or check at the time of the shoot. Otherwise you may make payment with most major credit cards online via our invoicing system. Your media will not be available for download until payment is processed.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We understand that things happen and sometimes they are out of our control. We would hope that you would give us notice as soon as you were made aware of a problem. If a cancellation is made less then 24 hours from our appointment time, you may be subject to a $75 dollar cancellation/reschedule fee.
Please note that we expect the property to be photo-ready for the time you set your appointment for. If we must wait longer than 1/2 hour (30 minutes) after that set time at a site for it to be prepared (or to be let into the property), we add a 50% fee; if we must wait an hour or longer, or if the shoot is entirely cancelled, a 100% fee will be assessed. We reserve the exclusive right to kill the shoot after one hour or more of waiting, at our sole digression. Late or cancel/kill fees must be paid in full before new date will be scheduled.
We cannot control the weather. If the weather is inclement, we will continue with all indoor shooting, and reschedule exteriors for the next clear day. There is no penalty for weather delays.
When should I schedule a shoot?
In an ideal situation, its best that you try to schedule a week ahead so it not only gives us but you time to prep. If you are unable to schedule that far ahead, there is a possibility that we may not be available when you need us to be, but don’t feel afraid to reach out regardless, there may be an opening. We don’t shy away from same day shoots.
How are my images delivered?
All photos will be delivered via a Dropbox link. You will receive high resolution print files as well as low resolution web files (to prevent file size issues with sites like Zillow)
What are the turnaround time on my images?
All of your images will be delivered to you 24-36 hours after the shoot.
Do I need to do anything before the shoot?
Yes! We are glad you asked. Before shooting, the house should be prepped and ready for photos. View our preparation checklist here: Preparation Checklist
Can you shoot on location without anyone present?
Of course we can, that’s no issue. If that’s necessary, we can enter a property with via a lockbox or a hidden key. Meeting on an offsite location to exchange a key is not preferable.
